PATTANAKARN HOUSE

The house synthesises classical New York architectural language with a contemporary spatial strategy, where the composition of two separate volumes of the project residence and Parent residence are unified by a central pool that acts as the social and visual heart of the project. By organising the layout around this shared courtyard, the design achieves a careful balance between privacy and connection, allowing family life and guest accommodation to coexist seamlessly.

The house rises across three composed levels, each gently unfolding a different rhythm of living where the ground embraces the rituals of everyday life, the mid-level welcomes guests in quiet hospitality, and the uppermost penthouse retreats into privacy. Above it all, a rooftop sanctuary emerges an open terrace and working space where thought, sky, and horizon meet in calm dialogue.

The restrained classical façade conveys timeless elegance, while the interior and spatial flow introduce openness, light, and a resort-like living experience. Ultimately, the project embodies a refined domestic sanctuary, where architecture, water, and landscape work together to elevate everyday living into a composed and enduring environment.
